Artisan produced in Tuscany, our Aneri espresso is wood roasted in small batches over Acacia firewood, in one of the last true wood roasting facilities in Italy

Our team roasts an estimated 360 lbs. of coffee beans a day in small batches of 60 lbs. at a time. 

Each batch is individually tested during the roasting process and once roasted to perfection, each 1 Kilo bag is manually filled by the master roaster and his team and sealed for freshness.
